Alex Makulowich

I have been involved with Scouts Canada for over 20 years and it is a big part of why I have spent so much time outdoors and helped to shape my love of the natural world. I love the peace of hiking, there is no better way to really connect with a place than with your own 2 feet passing through it feeling the sights and sounds. Even after all these years I know there is enough to see and learn in the mountains for hundreds of lifetimes so I grab my camera, strap on my boots and see what the next day brings!
